7		Load Port:
8		Discharge Port:
9		Ports restrictions:
10		Recap Number:
11		Laycan:
12		Loading/discharge rate:
13		Chartering background, experience if any (including the last vessel hired):

Bear in mind that in the next stage (Fixture), proof of funds will be required as well as further information and documents.
